Your reminders are stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud backup, your data is synced via your personal iCloud account. We do not operate any servers that store your reminder data.
Remi uses PostHog for anonymous usage analytics, hosted in the EU. Analytics are enabled by default to help us improve the app. The data is purely anonymous — it does not include your reminder content or any personally identifiable information, and is not used for marketing or ad targeting. You can opt out at any time in Settings. We collect:
We do not collect your name, email, reminder content, or any personally identifiable information. Any text you submit through the in-app feedback form is automatically stripped of email addresses and phone numbers before transmission.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties. Analytics data is processed by PostHog under their privacy policy and is not shared with any other parties.
If you enable calendar sync, Remi reads and writes events to your Apple Calendar. This data stays on your device and within your iCloud account. Calendar access can be revoked at any time in Settings.
Push notifications are processed entirely on-device using Apple's local notification system. No notification data is sent to external servers.
Remi does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
